Surveying comes in a number of forms. A majority of homeowners will come across a Home Buyer’s Survey included in the process of buying or selling a house. The Home Buyer’s Survey is undertaken to make sure that the home buyer is totally knowledgeable about the condition of the home they are buying, alongside any likely problems around insulation, damp proofing or drainage.
