Get Party Wall Surveyor estimate today!

The procedure for dealing with party walls with regards to building and construction works, particularly any conversions or extensions to your home, can be intricate. However, if party wall notices are taken into account from the early phases of a project, and you are sure to employ surveyors to carry out the required surveys as soon as possible then it can be simpler to get a Party Wall Agreement.
After a Party Wall Notice is served, the neighbour has fourteen days to agree to the works, in which case they can proceed under a Party Wall Agreement. If the neighbour dissents to the notice, a surveyor must be selected who will reach an Agreement between the two parties, setting out the scope of the work as well as any procedures that either party might use to recoup any damages they may have incurred due to the works.
